Dispute Resolution Policy

At SimTrader, we strive to ensure a fair and positive experience for all our users. However, we understand that disputes may arise between buyers and sellers. Our Dispute Resolution Policy is designed to help resolve conflicts amicably and efficiently.

Step 1: Communicate with the Other Party

Before escalating the issue to SimTrader, we encourage users to communicate openly and attempt to resolve disputes among themselves. In most cases, honest dialogue can lead to a satisfactory resolution for both parties.

Step 2: Submit a Dispute Report

If communication does not lead to resolution, users can submit a dispute report to our customer support team within 14 days of the transaction date. To file a report, please provide the following information:

  1. Your username and contact details
  2. The other party’s username and any relevant contact information
  3. A detailed description of the issue, including any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, email correspondence)

Step 3: Investigation and Mediation

Upon receiving a dispute report, our customer support team will investigate the case and may request additional information from both parties. We aim to provide an impartial assessment and mediate a fair resolution. Please allow up to 7 business days for our team to review and respond.

Step 4: Resolution Outcome

After investigating the dispute, SimTrader will propose a resolution based on our findings. We expect both parties to abide by the proposed resolution in good faith. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions or termination.
