Yes, listing an ad on SimTrader is completely free, and your ad will stay listed for 7 days. You are not obligated to promote your ad using the Top, Featured, or Bump promotional options. However, if you wish to boost your ad’s visibility and potentially attract more buyers, you may choose to purchase one or more of the promotional options.

The “Premium” promotional option costs €16 for 7 days. When you choose this option, your ad will be moved to the top of the search results and highlighted with a distinctive border and background colour. This increased visibility can help attract more potential buyers to your listing.

When you opt for the “Featured” promotional option at €10 for 7 days, your ad will be marked with a “Featured” or “⚡️” badge. This badge will make your ad stand out among other listings on the page, drawing more attention to your sim racing gear and potentially leading to a quicker sale.

The “Bump” promotional option costs €6 for 7 days. By choosing this option, your ad will be pushed back to the top of the list when it falls too far down the page. This is an excellent choice if you want to give your listing one last push of exposure, increasing the likelihood of attracting a buyer.

SimTrader does not offer discounts or promotions on promotional options, as this can encourage potential customers to wait for a discount before listing their items. The pricing remains consistent to provide equal opportunity for all sellers.

Refunds for Premium, Featured, or Bump promotional options are available within the first 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, customers will not be able to request a refund.

The prices are quoted in €, but you have the option to switch to either £ or $ during the checkout phase if you prefer to pay in a different currency.
