You agreed to our Terms and Conditions when you signed up to SimTrader. In addition to those terms, we have set out some further rules for posting content on our platform.
If you encounter content that seems inappropriate, breaches these rules, or requires moderator assistance, please contact info@simtrader.com. SimTrader’s Trust and Moderation Board will handle all matters.
These rules ensure the safety and security of all SimTrader users and maintain an enjoyable environment for everyone.
We will take action if these rules are broken. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion, without explanation or prior notification.

Posting Rules
- You must be at least 13 years old to have a SimTrader account.
- Do not post material that is illegal, offensive, inflammatory, or upsetting.
- Avoid content that could be seen as offensive or unlawful towards protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010. Racism is not tolerated.
- Bullying is not tolerated.
- Do not post threats, terrorist threats, or abusive content towards SimTrader, its employees, moderators, or individuals. Such actions may be reported to authorities.
- Do not post content encouraging self-harm, suicide, or attempted suicide. Such content will be removed and may be reported to the police.
- Any activity involving underage sex, child grooming, or child exploitation will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Do not post pornographic material.
- Do not openly share personal information about yourself or others (e.g., address, phone number, or email).
- Direct threats of violence will not be tolerated and may be reported to the police.
- Do not post content that could cause reputational harm or be considered libellous or defamatory. Doing so may result in legal action and SimTrader disclosing your personal data to third parties.
- Do not post comments that could affect the outcome of an ongoing or upcoming court case.
- Do not post links to sites that supply illegal material or promote unethical/illegal activities.
- Do not post content advertising for personal or business gain, including posts about your own business, websites, blogs, or social media channels.
- Do not bypass the site’s swear filter or post content that would not pass it.
- Do not post Not Safe For Work (NSFW) images, links, gifs, or clips.
- Do not post copyright-protected material without permission from the rightsholder.
- Do not copy and paste content from other sources as it may breach copyright.
- Do not post job adverts, whether recruiting or job-seeking.
- Do not spam or troll others.
- Do not promote charity events, recruit for donations, surveys, or petitions, or seek votes for competitions.
